We've got plenty of PLL threads in the house, not many PLLs.

I guess I don't get the joke.. $2500 is steep for most anything but people pay crazy money for old school jfet compression and simple Preamps... I wouldn't pay I was just enamored with playing with the dials :-) As I said new here and not up with a 300 page thread flogging this thing if there is one ;-)

I looked up Aron's pages its build-able. Maybe when I get board.. It doesn't have to be that one. The functions are cool.. I pretty much only play clones I build..

There isnt an etchable layout for the Shumann PLL to my knowledge but I am happy to be proved wrong.

I'm about 75% done with a double sided etchable layout. It's not a pretty sight! Lots of offboard wiring but there will be two different sets of controls for the PLL section so you can use a footswitch for different settings. I'm also using a PLL chip at 5 volts. I accidentally ordered the wrong chips last year which works out great because I could never get anything good sounding with the suggested PLL chip in conjunction with a 10K lagtime pot. Using a higher value for this pot with these chips seems to sound better to me. Don't care for the laser beam sounds at all but love the interval octaves with the multiplier and the divider. Hopefully, I'll finish the layout someday!

Yea, I built one of the v2 boards. Haven't debugged it yet. Also need to do the cut trace/add jumpers mod. I really need to finish that so I can compare it to my breadboard version.

I know you just kind of forgot to mention me, but I can etch anything you want to... :)

Also, just an FYI, there are some people putting out PLL type fuzzes. Check out Industrialectric. He's got some gnarly shit.
