I know shit about amps. (Stereo rig/laptop/Sunn content)

Well, maybe a little more than shit, but am hoping for some opinions and ideas.
I have a small Acoustic rig (B200h and 115) that I have been using for bass and guitar - both direct in, and out from my interface while running Ableton on my laptop. I just picked up some sweet Sunn 412s and would like to run the lot together, but have some issues figuring out the rig in my head.
The Sunns sound KILLER with the Acoustic head, but for where I am playing it's just too loud. I have been looking at small watt tube heads as an option, but that wouldn't solve my other problem: running the signal out of the interface and into the head kills the stereo capabilities I have within Ableton.
What I would like to do is split my signal into the 2 412s as a L&R stereo channel, and a mono channel out to the Acoustic and 115. That way I can use an octaver on the 115 for teh heavies, and position the Sunns apart for teh gazey-swirlies.
Could I just run the interface into a power amp and then into the Sunn stacks? Would that give me the separate left and right channels? Would a powered mixer be a better solution? Or? Besides just buying 2 more heads, WHAT OTHER AWESOME THINGS AM I MISSING?
