EHX Memory Boy Delay Time Change

I've had my Memory Boy basically since it came out (so...4-5 years now, I think), but it's only started acting up lately. It seems like the maximum delay time is different every time it's plugged in, which is a problem seeing as one of my songs features the Memory Boy at max delay time pretty prominently/rhythmically. I have it on a pedalboard powered by a 1 Spot, but having that thing be on and off sometimes shouldn't be affecting my pedals.

Is this enough of an issue that I should get another one (thinking about either getting a Carbon Copy or a DMM), or is this something I should expect from all analog delays?

Hmm, I did have a similar type of problem with my Deluxe Memory Man 550TT so judging from that I think it might be in the digital control, maybe the chip has gone bad or something though I can't tell for sure as I never heard what was wrong with my DMM550TT in the end because I just got a new one.

Looked it up, turns out the chip that controls delay time is temperature sensitive. Temperature sensitive anything and living in Edmonton don't mix well at all. Definitely getting a different one.
