Anyone know how to get hold of the guy who builds Monolith?

I have a spectre which i got in a trade, after reading good things about his pedals i was pretty psyched to get it but it seems that it doesn't work! And also seems like this is quite common but easily fixable... can anyone point me in his direction? Thanks!
