Would you do jacks like on El Distorto? Side mounted jacks on small enclosures is stupid. Um. To be blunt.

Aesthetically I think the knob works best where you have it, but I wonder if moving it up a finger width might make stomping the stomper easier?

Yes - that's worth investigating.
All the sockets are on the top end panel (in, out, DC in, and Igor). No sockets on the sides at all.
41mm wide.
And the stomper will be above the knob height...
