& yeah that double has gotta be pretty heavy.

The offset means you could go with a very lightweight body wood like Paulownia and not have it be too neck-dive-y. Look at where the strap button is compared to the Jazzy neck -- it puts a lot of the lower neck on the body side of the balance. Can't say how that one is actually built, but I would have tried to engineer it that way.

When the frak are we gonna get a proper XII reissue, anyway? I mean, in a Squier model would be ideal for my broke ass, but at all even.

I'd be pretty happy with a Squier tbh

Saw Qotsa last night, he played this on two or three songs but I never saw him touch the 6 string neck... I definitely could have missed it but isn't that the whole point of a double neck? Here's a crappy pic.
