Altec 342b Tube PA head

Its got 3 12ax7s and two 7027s. Treble Bass and master volume knobs, as well as 4 pregain knobs for each input. It only has xlr inputs though.
Thinking about buying one and repairing it. Would it be easy to make this into a guitar head?
