Also posted pics on FB. The swinger changed my mind abt Fender guitars back in highschool. I know most people hate them though. Pretty soon we will have AVRIRI's I cant wait.

They did this verysame thing with the Starcasters and Coronados

Yea, these guitars are as uncredible as Jags in the 80's

That's kind of a hilariously bad comparison.

I'm a Fender fan, but these have never sat well with me. There are so many other models I would revise or reissue before these.

I'm in favor of new shortscales.

Where did it say there would be reissues?

Yes please Fender, they need a 12 string which isn't a Strat at least :erm:

It's speculation at this point bit iirc they did this same thing with the starcaster and coronado then BAM reissue.

I get that not many people like these, not many ever did, but I think its awesome they tried desogning new guitara based on failed model's parts. Recycling ftw

A squier VM custom would be enough for me to accept the existence of a god.

Yep. I would be ok with this.

I'd rather reissues of something quirky like these instead of another strat or tele. MORE WEIRD DAMNIT.

I don't think I would care for either one of these guitars on their own. However, it might be a coold addition to the Pawn Shop series to mash the 2 together into 1 guitar. Like the custom body and tremolo with the pickups and neck from the swinger. Of course that would pretty much just be a mustang with a fancy body and pointy headstock, but still, there's something there...
