That's great. Good for you.
Seriously, share some sounds already. You are the only pro musician I have ever encountered that doesn't want to have people hear the stuff he comes up with.... Record something!

Thanks, i didnt really need a new delay, but the price was right and it looked pretty incredible the closer i looked.
maybe i'm just not interested in posting sound clips at this time. i get it, but there is youtube.com and its full of demos of said gear.

Well, you're free to your interpretation

Perhaps i'll post some clips when i learn how to do so with my iphone. i can't shove a cassette tape into my computer, and much less luck with a metal reel full of tape. I'm all analogue here

then the grumpy can complain that i post too many clips

I don't know what you paid for this but as an FYI, they are releasing a new and improved half the size version on 12/13 for $150 less than the original. So, $349.
I am thinking of taking advantage of one of the 20% off black friday sales and picking this bitch up.

Thanks for the heads up. JHS has a 20% off sale buying direct.....woops, excludes cub.
Yeah i read about that cub. I bought the panther second hand for 375. Seems they both share the same/similar functioning, but you have to use y-cables on the cub to take advantage whereas on the panther there are enough jacks.
If i were in your shoes i would jump on it. 20% off just sweetens the deal. i've only had it for a short while, but its really amazing me. i wonder it the tap temp synch would work with my tap tempo tremolo's too? or any tap tempo pedal with an input? that is one cool feature regardless.
happy turkey day if you're into that.

Yeah I already have a Y cable handy that I use on my Moogerfooger delay, so that is no issue. Have you tried syncing this with the Moogerfooger delay (I think you have that)? That is one of the reasons I am looking at this. I think these two together would be silly fun.

yeah, I have a 104z, which has in/out jacks for the feedback loop. its not tap delay either....
i actually never really appreciated tap delay until buying the panther. all of the other analogue delays with tap tempo that i've played have fallen short sound quality wise compared to my reference echoplex ep-2 tape delay. not that i set the bar high or anything
edit: a moogerfooger and panther/cub synched, i'm pretty sure you could take over the world
