So I got a Mobius in a trade and was told the selector pot was a bit bent which is fine but now that I'm going to start saving presets, I realize it doesn't work. Would I have to send this to Strymon to get fixed or would anyone else be able to fix it? I think it just needs a new selector pot as everything else is working fine, I just can't press it down to activate the save preset function.

I don't have a ton of money so I'm hoping this repair wouldn't be too costly and I'd assume if one of you pedal building geniuses could do it it might be a little cheaper.

Contact Strymon, from what I've read about them they are super helpful in fixing their gear even if you aren't the original owner. It's probably an easy fix, but finding the right rotary encoder (it's not a pot) could prove difficult.

Ah ok, I figured it might be more complex than just a pot but wasn't sure. Thanks!

So Strymon's repairs are a bit pricy but they also sell the exact part I need. Very quick response and pretty helpful. If I knew how to solder or had an iron I'd attempt it myself but I'm lacking there.
