I'm using little (17mm diameter) pots, and the spindles all need sawing off... I know that some people actually don't spend their lives doing this - they buy them made to a sensible length already!
Where from???
In the UK?
My arm hurts.

Have you tried Mouser or Digi-Key or one of those other large suppliers?
