From what I heard the Jamman Express XT should be out this month?

I liked the quality pretty well on the Timeline, but I sold it before my DA3 controller came in. I think I was running it too hot because it would clip like hell after about 6 overdubs, just horrible horrible noises
I bought my DL4 back from psychedelicrick, I think I'm going to do the volume mod on it and then it will be perfect. I missed half speed looping SO bad...

DMC3 + Timeline = half speed/ double speed/ DL4 on crack. BUT you did mention it clipping - with my passive jazz or P it clips on the second or third overdub with nothing but clean sounds. The DL4 is perfect in that regard.
But my Timeline + RC50 combo =

I really need to get a DD7 back. That looper is PERFECT on it, the mix control is super responsive, it doesn't clip, and I can literally HURL dirt at it without clipping. Man, if Boss just made the DD7's looper into a pedal I'd buy 10 of them...

Maybe I don't slam my timeline too hard (my dirt pedals are usually only slightly above unity) but I have never clipped it when looping, and I've layered 5 or 6 dirty loops on top of each other. Maybe there's also so much distortion that I can't hear it haha

hahhaha when I had my TimeLine I was using a completely different dirt section, and I think I was cranking my Big Muff to make up for the mids. I bet if I tried it now I probably wouldn't have an issue with it, but who knows

Does the DD7 quantize junk at all or does it repeat exactly what you put into it?
Also I'm here to disrupt all these white avatars.

It doesn't quantize at all, hell, maybe that's why I like it hahah

I've been using the dd6 for short loops. I think my favorite thing to do though is tapping the hold one quick time and getting those quick wompwompwompwomp noises for backing rhythm. I have the ditto and rc30 for long loops but I'm still trying to get the most out of the rc30 (haven't had it long)

I'm curious to try the RC-30, having two loop banks and all. I will say I think the RC3 is a huge improvement over the RC2, but then again I had the extra footswitch to stop loops and stuff, but the fidelity was pretty great. I didn't get to try the RC3 with dirt though

DL-4 user, works just as good as everything else i've used.
I really should work on overdubbing, I only seem to use my loopers for bullshit sampling before/after a song.

i got me an honest to god dedicated looper used for only 300 bucks including footswitch,
it's called a Echoplex Digital Pro Plus by Gibson/Oberheim. Heard of that one yall?
It retailed for like five times that amount so I'm pretty stoked. I LOVE the half-speed and insert functions.
you can hear what i do with it if ya like,

I've heard of it, I think one was for sale on here not too too long ago, I've never really looked into them though since they're rack but I've not heard anything but good from the people who have used them
