It's a humbucker sized pickup with two p90s...did I imagine this? I know there are some dual soapbars...maybe I just remembered wrong?

Man, I hope it wasn't one of the soapbar sized humbuckers...because I want the humbucker sized p90s...damn.

those creamery junts are so pretty and impossibly expensive.

I'm trading my 'stang for the Pawnshop mustang...and wanna try to do some after-market pups. Wanted to see if I have any p90 options. The pickup selector and coil taps are all so cool.

The GFS Mean 90 is cheap and delicious.

I like the Surf 90s more...even though they aren't a p90 based thing at all.

Gibson P94 is a stacked P90 bucker in a humbucker mount but that isn't exactly your idea.

But it's not dual... Just hack some shit together...

Also Biltoft makes single coil sized P90's, I had them on my Strat and they were awesome... All his stuff is hand wound so he could prolly whip one up...

was the middle reverse wound? if so you could just make you own buy just sticking them in a bucker ring..

Yes and yes... They all had a card that said how many wraps were on each and came with different bar magnets to add...

cool there you go it's about a 10 minute job to do that, I've done it with normal strat pickups once cuz Seymour Duncan said in his VG collum you could make a filtertron out of two strat pickups the result sounded pretty good.

Would you have to solder the two pups together or just place the leads in the same place? i can do this for sure and know what pups I'd go for....hell that'd allow me to potentially have four different pickups if I got really crazy.

Can't you just write two P90s in a series? There...instant humbucking p90. Or am I simplifying it? I wonder how that would sound...
