I have to pull the cable halfway out of the input jack. Is there something to adjust in the input jack. THere is a lifetime warrantly with Wren and Cuff so i didnt want to mess with it to screw up the warranty but if its something simple id much rather do it myself. Thanks.
Peace and HAppy Sounds

Weird, almost sounds like they mis-wired the input jack.

Most pedal-makers use a stereo jack for the input to act as a disconnect for the battery. If they wired the input to the ring lug instead of the tip, that could cause what you're seeing.

If you're handy with a soldering iron, that would be an easy fix, but I'm not sure how comfortable you feel about that.

I'd contact Wren & Cuff.

Matt might be able to talk you through a fix.
