saw a used Lee Ranaldo Jazzmaster on the Wildwood Guitars site this morning and went to check it out this afternoon. it's basically new except for 1 chip on the back. I'll take pics later, but here's a couple from Wildwood's site:

I played a Thurston Moore sig once and really liked it. So simple and nice-sounding. The matching headstock and pickguard combo is sexy.

I had the Thurston Moore model years ago, loved that transparent satin finish. Never had a go with the Ranaldo, betting those WRHB sound killer tho.

totally digging this guitar. still need to put on heavier strings and maybe adjust the bridge pickup some. it sounds really clear and bright, which is different from most of my other guitars. and it picks up a lot of noise around my laptop so it should be really great at feedback.

there's just way too many awesome Jazzmasters

this and the upcoming TVL's signature and the Costello and the Moore... seriously - Jazzmaster and Jaguar are probably the only guitars that have seriously rad signature models (to me usually on par/better than the regular models)

yeah, I've always dismissed signature models because they were mostly just cash grabs. but this one is just a really good guitar with mods that make sense. same with the Thurston Moore and Johnny Marr.
