Keep my Bassman for my Bass VI or not?

I have a '68 bassman tat is not used as much as it was prior to my '68 Super. However I have a Bass VI ordered and am wondering if I should hold onto the bassman for that, or if it would be better still to run the bass vi through my super reverb. I'm just thinking the deep switch+bass vi would be awesome, however the money sounds just as awesome right now.

If you don't need to sell it, most definitely keep it around. I have a Ampeg Micro SVT stack I use at home with mine and a V4 I use elsewhere. Both sound great and I'm betting that Bassman would rule too.

Is the Super Reverb a 4x10? Probably a nice choice as well. Decisions, decisions....

I use my bass vi with my bassman 100 and a 2x12 bass cab, and it sounds great. I've tried the vi with a guitar amp and it works well too, just not as much bottom end. maybe a 15" extension cab could make up the low end?

It'll sound good through just about anything.

I'm intending to run mine when it arrives Friday or Monday through a 5" speakred ukelele amp for the LOL.

Well I don't HAVE to sell it, it would just be nice to flip for something new/more useful. I was thinking the 4x10 would sound great, in reality I just need to wait and see how I like it.

id keep the bassman. ive owned two supros before and its a unique sounding amp. they sound like tits, but if your not looking for that exact sound its ruff. my trusty tweed bassman has been with me for years. pretty damn versatile, and loud. yea it has kinda its own sound to, but for whatever reason ive never been able to part with it. even though i havent used it in ages. its always good to have a bassman in your line up
