Breakfast of bronze medalists

So, I had macaroni and cheese last night. Not the crap you get from a box, but the real stuff, made with cream and cheese that I had to grate. Needless to say, it was delicious. But, My mom and I can't eat a 2lb bag of noodles by our selves, so there were leftovers. This morning, I looked in the fridge to see what breakfast would be, and what do I see but tasty yellow noodles?

So, I get a plate, scoop some noodles over, add a little salt, and it's time to eat. But, seeing as I made it with real noodles, real cheese, and real cream, it was real filling. So filling, in fact, that the little bit I got has me feeling like I've over eaten. So, today there will be no fruit smoothie with protein powder and flax, and I could barely get down a glass of orange juice to take glucosamine pills.

This bad food choice will probably have me feeling sluggish for the rest of the day, but I guess we live and learn.

So, what have you done lately that didn't turn out quite like it should have?
