WHERE were you back WHEN? (Pedal board thread spinoff)

Conceived this idea in the Pedal boards thread, now giving the premise its own space here.
Step 1: Find old pictures of your prior boards/rigs that haven't been posted
thereStep 2: Post them here with any additional info for historical context!
To get it going:
Photo is 1 year old to the week:

RMC2 > HP-1 > Gemini 3 > Mercury 3 > TF-1 > LFLJ > AD4096 > BPB
Other than the amp, only the TF-1 and HP-1 remain in my possession

as this was the setup with my Quad Reverb which has since lost out to the Selmer as the preferred platform of choice.
You can tell this is an old picture because I hadn't yet realized how much I suck at wah
Going from the 6L6 American-clean to the EL34 Brit-grit required a destroy/rebuild with the dirt.
It was worth it, as I'm enjoying my gear now more than ever before...and what a journey it's been from there to
here! (.....as of yesterday)

The strange thing is I know my pedalboard existed in some state before ILF but I can't dig up pictures of it anymore.
Basically it was something like Ibanez TS-10 -> Boss BF-3 -> Dunlop DVP-1 -> Ibanez AD-9

My first actually-put-together pedalboard. This was sometime around early 2007. I still have the Aenima and the BMS:

This was mid-2008, my board had grown considerably in complexity. The Aenima and BMS are still the only ones I still have, unless you include the Moog exp pedal:

This was mid-2010, when we were rehearsing to gig out as Seismic Feedback for the first time.

Don't have pics but my setup before here was a black Sovtek Muff and Danelectro Tuna Melt.

This is the oldest board pic I have, taken a few weeks after I joined ILF (says aug 4th 2011): (don't believe I posted it in the board thread though)

I have none of those pedals and I just sold the pedalboard to an old bandmate, still kicking myself for selling the ghost disaster as I loved that pedal. And that was my first big spider, I'm now on my third and hopefully final one.

Before I Love Fuzz, I was still mostly into keeping really small boards. I actaully was pretty stable with the setup below prior to joining. This was my first board shot for ILF:
Ernie Ball Volume Pedal-> EHX Holy Grail-> EHX POG-> Sovtek Tall Font Green Muff-> DOD DFX9 (modded to put the trim pots on the outside)-> RC20XL-> Malekko 616
It's kind of funny because I essentially have the same setup NOW, just with a few different pedals haha

From March 06, 2011 after I had just found a 70's mortar crate in the garage. I still use it without the front ramp thing.
These were all the pedlols I had after trading/selling a bunch. Shortly after this was taken I sold everything but the Big Spider, and eventually bought the TAFM back from fetch 'cause I regretted it all the time.
Also traded the wooden sides of my Big Spider for skully's green ones which totes match my bass

This is the earliest thing I could find, December 2010. These were my first pedals (minus a Hardwire Overdrive). I remember reading an interview with a guitarist from This Will Destroy You and he was like, "I can't do what I do without two delays", so I had to have 'em

Here's the oldest ILF shot:

The Swollen Pickle dates to March 2011. The noise gate and the wood underneath it all dates to around July 2011.

FOUND EVEN OLDER PICTURES HOLY SHIT.
This is the oldest I could find. Little Big Muff into an old tape deck into both amps. I used this for a while to make noise:

So I was and still really into power electronics, but I used to play shows and circuit bend religiously in college. Here's when I first really started getting into pedals and stuff:

My first 'real' pedal board:

I only used one pedal before Ilf and it was a bass big muff. Oooffff sad sad days! Then I got sick and bored of that stale tone and wanting something more extreme and cool so I got a fuzzhugger huger. And the insanity started. The boards in the beginning were ways simple. I spent hours conceptualizing what I needed and the order of pedals. Now I've chilled out and been more content with simplicity.

I know this feel. I remember one time I drew up this stereo diagram of like 18 pedals. I'm much more content with six

Oooh! I love these kinds of threads. I had to go back to my old photobucket to get these.
Here's my first board, pre-ILF. Probably February of 2010?

LPB-1 -> BMP -> Creepy Fingers Tone Machine -> DOD Overdrive/Preamp
Funny thing, gave that DOD to a friend that would later become my current roommate, so that's the only pedal still kicking around these parts since 2010.
Here's my first post in the Pedal Board thread. March 20th, 2010. Has it really been that long since then? Evidently, it has.

OC-3 -> Creepy Fingers Tone Machine -> Black Russian Big Muff rehoused in an old multimeter -> Submini Tube Boost -> Rusty Box -> Memory Toy -> Headrush -> Pitchblack
Needless to say, I have none of the things in that picture anymore. And, it only took until April 2nd of that year until I rep'd some ILF on my board.

Threw that Never Drive and that TGD on there like DAMN.
