Can we talk about Anico? I cannot get enough of these guys, love em. I think they're geniuses in terms of songwriting. I saw them play live last year and they were amazing. really tight and talented.

I've listened to Sung Tongs and Merriwhether Post Pavillion. I found the former far more enjoyable

those two albums are definitely very different. You should check out Feels, I would recommend trying all their stuff though because it's all pretty different while in the same vein.

I only have MPP & I like a lot of songs on it. A weird feel good album for sure.
I also have a track off Strawberry Jam I dig a lot, gotta check that one out in full sometime soon.

I listened to some album, can't remember which one

sounded nothing like genius song writing to me... sounded more like a bunch of tripping guys jamming

not in the good way

Didn't like the centipede too much and could listen to merriwhether but didn't like it as much as everything before. They are an awesome group doe. Saw Panda Bear and it was amazing as I was tripping and sounded great after.

Feels and sung are probably my favorite

Sung has great songs, but I actually don't like it much as an album compared to the others

I saw them live when sung tongs came out. Been a fan since, I've seen maybe a half dozen times now. I like the new album, and I like panada bear's solo stuff.

yeah...sung tongs though... best one... I wish they would write another in that vien...

These guys just played here a couple days ago. I didn't attend, I haven't listened to any of their music.

It's totally a generalization on my part, but I lump them in with Grizzly Bear. And I don't like Grizzly Bear.

They aren't like Grizzly Bear. They are pretty boring. They did make one song that is incredible and sounds completely different than what they normally make.

i really like them
certainly not everyone's cup of tea

i get the vibe that when they started out, they really just did whatever they felt like
and still continue to do so
which makes for some interesting songs.
its exciting to me
