Yamaha rack unit most like the Magicstomp?

So I'm building a rack, mostly of synths, but thinking about adding a multi-fx of some sort. I had a Magicstomp for a long time and really liked the compressors, delays and reverbs, so I'm wondering what rack unit to look for to get those effects back. What kind of options and prices am I looking at? Should I just get a TC? Alesis? Fuck rack gas...

the simple answer would be a Yamaha SPX-900, or perhaps the earlier SPX-90. IIRC the 900 is very similar to the Magicstomp.

^something about the processor or something. theyre supposed to be rather similar, right?
having owned both, id take the rack any day though

IIRC the 900, which has more functions than the 90, is supposed to be roughly equivalent to the MS. you can download the manuals off the Internet.
