I have iMaschine on my phone and I like it.

I'd probably have Maschine if I weren't saving up for Ableton Push.

Maschine is awesome for laying down drum tracks and putting some synths down with it. It is super quick at sampling and chopping the samples. It can host VSTs. It can be a regular DAW if you are creative and find a few work arounds.
For the price it is DOPE. I love mine.

I have just got into Ableton, I am thinking about saving up for Push too.

thats Push :P

Maschine is one of the best things I've ever owned, I can't over hype it. It's definitely the best drum machine for the money.
the sheer amount of samples is enough justification for it, not to mention that you get Komplete Elements and thusly get a pretty huge hook up on Komplete 10.
oh thats right you get fucking Massive with it too.
so for the price of Massive plus a good midi controller you get a fantastic midi controller, an amazing daw, more samples than you'll know what to do with, one of the best synth engines in existence, and a way cheap upgrade path to one of the best plug in packs in existence

Yes i fucking love Maschine

this is the video that sold me on it like 3 years ago now

It's probably my favorite tool in music production.

push looks really good, but ive heard so many good things about Maschine, and HT basically just sold me on it(damn dude, go into marketing or something, youve been basically indirectly giving me GAS for too much lately. Going to get ableton live 9 next month or so, feel like Push would be better though since its geared more towards ableton

what i am hoping for, is that Push pushes NI to integrate some of the Push functionality into the Maschine on future updates.

scales and chord stuff? YES PLEASE.
