Lo-fi Overdrive?

Anyone know of any lo-fi sounding overdrives? Something relatively low gain, maybe fuzzy in an unpredictable record sorta way. Not glitchy or stuttery though. Don't know if anything like this exists.... But it could be a cool thing to have. Think something like the tones on some older Do Make Say Think stuff, or even some of the low gain Raveonettes stuff. I dunno... Just throwing it out there.

I know that a lot of bitcrushers on tamer settings can make sweet lo-fi overdrives.
This one in particular is pretty sweet sounding:

Unfortunately, there's no information about price and where to order one. I know the pedal maker is located in Germany.
Your best bet is to check
here on his website. I bet there's an email address in there somewhere.

There's always the ibanez lo-fi filter pedal. Have you tried the E13 krackle fuzz?
Just two more suggestions.
Oh! what about the EHX germanium OD?
EDIT: My disaster fuzz is pretty transparent on some settings..... fuck I'll just do a video demo.

I wonder how the Year of the Rat could pull something like that off... Dude pumpkin, if Devi doesn't hire you on as the marketing rep (or at least fourm admin)... I'll recruit you if I ever start a company in the future.

You're correct, ND can sound very lofi
I found the best lofi overdrive sound from it is when you put a medium gain overdrive before it. The ND acts kind of like a lofi filter. Really nice textures.
Theres also the radio havana pedal. No personal experience though.
The right eqing, dirt pedal, and maybe some compression, would result in a nice "lofi" tone.

Do you have one? I've never seen anyone with one and I've always wondered how they were, the website made it seem pretty cool.
P.S. I like an eq pedal for this sort of thing, drop all the highest, lowest and the dead center sliders to the bottom and adjust the rest to your liking, you might even be able to add some more mids back in but I find that killing at least one of the mids bands gets a nice (bad) sound.
