How rad is EQD customer service?

So, the germ tranny on my V1 hoof/reaper started acting up in hot weather...

I emailed Jamie, said it's really rare, but can happen. He said to send it in....and in exactly a week (WITH ship time!) I have it back in my grubby mits...same day repair AND they did me a solid and rewired it to V2 switching!

fucking rad!

I had an iffy switch on a used 3 knob hoof I bought.

Jamie replaced the switch, and cleaned it up. Didn't charge me anything. He even paid return shipping.

Unreal.
