Yesterday my friend and I came up with some ideas for pedals in the same a vein as the Boss dual pedals and EHX pedals.




Completely unusable octave effect, the first footswitch controls Octave -10 to -1 and the second switch controls octaves +1 to +10. 10 OCTAVES DOWN?! IS IT POSSIBLE?!



Reverb with patchbay, you can plug all the verbs into each other, and then control the mix/sustain of all of them. There is also an overdrive switch which makes the reverb break up really awesomely.



Somewhat unusable modulation delay/phaser/ring mod. with an expression pedal input for controlling the pitch of the Ring mod and a footswitch to control the amount of reverb you want to sound more spacey. Space TONEZ.



This is my favourite. Fuzz with 7-band eq, voltage starve control, octave +1 an -1 controls with a tracking control, clean blend control, and a second footswitch for switching between presets. Analogue circuits, digital switching.

Those would be fun to mess around with if anyone could ever build one. -10 octaves would be sweet.

-10 octaves would mutilate the spirits of the damned and possibly draw the Great Old Ones from their slumber but wouldn't be audible so much as tangible
meaning it would shake your tummy fat until you pooped yourself

+10? it'd be just like those infomercials for those mouse-torturing sound boxes

holy hell someone should get one of those and hack it into a noise machine

10 octaves down, is there anything down there? Outside the range of hearing...Maybe it would have a weird sonic quality to induce whale humping.
