Help... Octave Fuzz

I'm looking for an octave fuzz pedal. I've moved over to playing mandolin pretty much solely and am finding some killer sounds running it through my pedalboard. I need a fuzz and would love to have the ability to mix in a sub octave. The only thing I've actually tried is an OC-3 into a Big Muff and it sounded ridiculous (in a good way). Anything I should check out? Don't really need anything that does up octaves... only down. And sub $100 range would be preferable.

Ooh, I like that... at least from the YT demos. My only gripe is that I almost feel like I'm looking for something a little "woofier". Does that make sense? Thinking kinda like sub-octave Blunderbuss. Although, it could just be my shitty laptop speakers making this pedal sound lighter.
Any other recommendations?

Was my first thought as well. However, if you don't mind the absence of a second octave down, you might do well to look into getting a Fuzzhugger fx Phantom Octave. If you take away the octave effect, the fuzz is reminiscent of a trebly, brash 60's style fuzz, a la Maestro/fuzzrite. I'm not real sure how it would sound on an electric mando, but it sounds beastly on a lap steel. Just under 80.00 USD. I play a little mandolin, myself!
