Hi everyone, my name is Rick Sell and I am the owner of PureSalem Guitars. PureSalem is a small family run company that will be opening soon and we will be offering our own brand of off- kilter, strange and wonderful guitars. Growing up I was very influenced by the 80's ( I'm 43) punk / indie DIY scene and that mindset has been a major factor in my life. PureSalem is the next step in my journey and a continuation of that DIY spirit. I would like to thank everyone for their support, kind words and patience as we work towards getting our Internet doors open. I just wanted to drop in and say hello. My goal with PureSalem is to offer fantastic playing, sounding, and looking guitars all at a price point mere mortal working men and women can afford. Boutique guitars are great but when its two in the morning and your 13 minutes into "SISTER RAY" and playing in front of a dozen happy intoxicated fans, well ... thats where we come in. We can handle Sister Ray. Our guitars are that cool. As a lefty player I have been frustrated at the lack of options that we lefty's have had to deal with. Many of our model choices are based off of my desire to own a certain shape that was never available in lefty versions before. ALL our guitars come in lefty versions and at no bullshit mark up. Let me let you in on a little secret. It cost us less then $10,00 to build a lefty as opposed to a righty. If you are a lefty, the next time you go to buy a guitar and you are being charged an additional $100.00 due to the " difficulty" in manufacturing a left handed guitar you are being lied to. To those companies still practicing that type of sales approach I say shame on you. You are greedy and dishonest. Sorry for rambling .... Please check us out and like us on Facebook. Our website ( soon to be redone)has a contact page so please sign up ... All the Best !!!!

No Australian or European distribution yet but we are hoping that things will work out and in time we will have some select distributors on board. All things in time ...

P-90s up ya ASS!

Those look sweet. The Wood Soul and Classic Creep are right up my alley! Are they available in 24.75" scale?
