NPsD: Holy shit christmas came early - a bunch of rad pedals

now... the Tone Machine has been here for a couple of days already, but these are the new pedlulz i (basically) just got

Image

now.. the Tone Machine is a clone with a momentary octave footswitch, i believe i've already mentioned it elsewhere... got it from fuzzmax :)

The weirdly shaped box is a Fuzzrite that I had put together as a "last minute" thing to go with the Reverb Machine :) I just wanted to try something new... however, as cool as it sounds, it's probably not the right fuzz for me :idk: I can imagine using it for specific sounds, especially when recording though... I'll play some more with it and we shall see what happens then...

now the Reverb Machine

no, it's not enlarged... it's really THAT HUGE  Taller box even...
The first concept was a reverb tank with controls in a pedal, but due to technicalities, we decided to go with a long Belton brick. Controls are Volume, Feedback, Gain, Low, High, Dwell and Mix :) as you can imagine, that results in quite an array of sounds... So far i'm loving a bit trashy verb with more treble and less bass... as i only got it an hour ago, i'm still a bit fighting with balancing the controls and how they influence each other, but yes, I am absolutely stoked :) Should i want to drown or just add a bit of ambiance, it delivers

My thanks go to Fuzzmax for the Tone Machine that i dig so far and which i'm looking forward to trying with the band AND the awesome Schlatte, who made this wild idea into reality :)

We're gonna need clips of that verb :poke:

Also, momentary octave is a sweet idea.

well... clips :( currently i'm playing through a tiny valve Vox with a 6,5" speaker :D so I don't know, man... but I MIGHT record a few quickies before a rehearsal in a few days... we shall see :) if possible in at least passable quality, i'll provide something :)

yeah, the momentary switch is totally sweet :) It was already built that way and it's absolutely cool with me... we even have a song where it's very helpful

Happy NPD. The verb looks killer!

LaoWiz built me a badass FTM with momentary octave switch, really nice feature, like a 2-in-1 fuzz box now as a result. Really dig that pedal as well.

Coincidentally, I immediately thought "Fuzzrite" when I was wondering what I might put into one of those weird enclosures. Those others look rad too...good taste man :thumb:

Very nice man, beautiful playing too! :)
That reverb sounds great and momentary octave must be amazing too.
I'm really curious about the Fuzzrite as well, haven't tried one yet but it seems pretty cool.
