JHS Morning Glory or Black Arts Black Forest?

Help me choose? Seriously, I can't--I'm having trouble. I don't have great ears with this stuff and don't know what to look for most of the time. Some guidance could help "shatter the glass" and make their differences more evident to me... any thoughts on these two, one vs. the other?
I love the sound of these two. My understanding is that the Morning Glory is more transparent, so I assume it's more dependent on good gear. I like that the Black Forest sounds like a good overdrive on low gain settings and gets very fuzzy at high gains. I do like the fuller, meatier sounding highs of the JHS, but the Black Forest also seems to be able to get there somewhat, with more versatility in other areas. Well, that's what I can gather from these two. I also remember reading something about the Black Forest being based on the Colorsound fuzz, but I don't know what that means or what was great about that fuzz.
Well, while we're here, I'm actually demoing out the JHS Morning Glory, BAT Coven, and BAT Sarcophagus. I find myself not liking the Pharaoh sides or the LSTR much, but I could be using them wrong or not listening for the right things. I guess the Pharaoh is just me since I know how popular it is, but the LSTR? Any thoughts on that?

thanks!

Not much JHS around here...
You say you are demoing the Morning Glory along with the Coven and Sarcophagus??? The Pharaoh and LSTR are more Fuzz than OD so if you have those three just compare the Black Forest on the Coven to the Morning Glory and figure out which one you like better... Am I missing something here???

I noticed the lack of JHS in most forums, yeah, and I know why... But I have heard good things about the Morning Glory.
And, yeah, I realize two/three are fuzz and one is OD. Not sure how I ended up in that situation either. Maybe it's apples and oranges, but one can like apples more than oranges, or vice versa.

Well, I can't seem to find a sound I like out of the Sarcophagus. That leaves the Black Forest. So I guess that's that. I have a Blackout Blunderbuss, Fairfield Four Eyes, and a Homebrew UFO. The Forest would fit in well and stand out, I think.

The Black Forest is a BEAST, esp if you run your amp a little dirty already, then it's crushing. You can run it like a pure clean boost or a little crunch or go all the way to searing, kinda nasty fuzz. Lots of output, powerful EQ.
Next, when you're demoing BAT stuff, demo it LOUD at realistic live volume. That's where it shines, not for bedroom/late night levels.
I've never tried any JHS stuff btw, full disclosure.

Thanks. They perform different duties. The Blunderbuss is sputtery, Four Eyes is harmonic-laden, UFO is pretty smooth and straightforward. Not sure I know the Black Forest well yet, but I love its lower gain sound a lot, too.
