Hello, I've been scroungin around for a week to find parts in the house or at Goodwill to make a Y splitter when I just could have ordered one from Loopmasters and have it already...

Does anyone here have one they will sell me cheaper than $17 + shipping or should I just order one??? I figured some of you guys with parts could make one real quickish like... I just need one in and two out (maybe 3) in a small enclosure wired straight through so I can reverse it too...

that's really all you need, 1 in and 2 or 3 out? no footswitch or extra stuff? you could get the Y adapter teej212 posted or i'll wire something up for you.

don't forget, a true "Y" box can lead to problems like ground loops, impedance mismatches and all that fun stuff. maybe post up your plan/rig to see if there might be issues.

Tweed I just want to split my guitar into two pedal chains, I have a cable that will do it fine but I want it in an enclosure for my board... I should probably just order the Loopmaster but I figured someone here would have an extra box, three jacks and a foot of wire layin around...

nope thats not it. thats TRS to tip TS and ring TS. not to mention your two amps or whatever would need to be 6 inches apart. anyway good luck with your box. I passed on it cause I only see $7 profit at best.

Yeah after reading that again that does seem dickish Teej sorry...

I didn't want no clownin and just wanted a Y in a box... I'll post it Mon or Tues when it gets here and show how I'm using it if anyone cares...
