Picked up my copy today... as always, I'm sure folks will be split, but I'm diggin' it. Definitely plenty of fuzz used!
Any thoughts?

All right, so on repeat listens I'm really getting into it. Laura's vox are much more the forefront, which I totally dig, and there's way more psych going on than metal. I think it works best as a whole, and is definitely a headphones album - tons of tones and little elements that come to life with 'phones on. Haven't got a favorite yet, but here's the track I was just on MERE MOMENTS AGO! I do love the way they're weaving the atmospherics in with the swampy riffage...

I have never listened to much Kylesa but I just gave it a whirl. I like it.

Killer album upon first listen....love me some Kylesa. I've chatted with them a few times after shows and talked gear. They're usually rockin' some Blackout Effectors among others. Sounds like judicial use of Whetstone on this album....

totally digging this album. Vulture's Landing has kind of a Lush vibe.

Violitionist just put up the video and audio from Kylesa's recent live mini-set. Really cool stuff. The download's free with joining their mailing list - I'd highly recommend checking it out (and/or downloading):

TRUE THAT.... violitionsit is sweet stuff.
I am really loving this album. Its more focused than spiral shadow, which I appreciate. The atmosphere of the record really grabs ahold of you.
Get to catch them in Albany tomorrow. Thanks to my boys in lazer/wulf (who are totally worth checking out), my wife and I are on the guest list and get to meet Kylesa

Nice! I'll be seeing them Sunday night in Cambridge. Really stoked for the show. I don't know any of the openers besides the snippets I've heard online, but it looks like an excellent lineup.

Saw them last week in Grand Rapids. They sounded rad as fuck. The two drummer setup is in full effect and sounding very rad. Lots of trippy-esque lights and projections made the psychedelia really stand out. The live set was awesome but I'm thoroughly enjoying Ultraviolet something fierce.

Alas. Maybe Benjuro will show up (not that I know what he looks like IRL).
