LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY AMP PROBLEM

So you guys know i bought a meatsmoke yeah? Well...there is not a 2x12 commercially available upon which the meat smoke will sit. The depth of a meatsmoke is 15 inches. Most 4x12s and 2x12s are 11 inches. An emperor is like 13-13 1/2. oranges and avatar moderns are 14. Only the massive port city 4x12 can sit it comfortably on top of it. The problem is that the port city 4x12 os cabinet runs like 1200 dollars. Do you guys have any idea of something cheaper thats COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE and not shitty quality?
Im talking not something used. Itll probably have to be shipped.

If only you liked the idea of using bass cabs.... because there are 4X12 bass cabs that are that deep...

Other then they are big and heavy and you might have to lay it on it's side depending on how wide that amp is.. and they tend to go for hi-fi souding speakers no. I don't own a guitar cab
I run my guitar amps through my extra bass cabs

Just got my Loucks today and yeah, that sonofabitch is HUGE.
I know they're not commercially available but it just fits on my Emperor 2x12 stack, a perfect fit really. You can get down on one of those for $600, all custom dude....
Here's mine btw, Loucks with a touch of Skyhammer thrown in the high gain.

Oh hey, standard Emperors are 15" deep btw, they'll make 'em oversized as well.

I'd say if you don't want to do custom, then go with a bass cab.
If you DO want to go with a custom cab for it, I would look at Atlas or Emperor. The price of Verellen is a bit higher than both of those.

That dude was hired to help at Emperor years ago, stole their design, and skipped town where his rich daddy funded his upstart cab business. No bullshit. Don't support that guy.
Maybe Mammoth if Emperor doesn't do it for you tho...

Isnt he in velnias? I know those guys are total dicks and their band kindof sucks. A bunch of guys in ATL have atlas cabs and theyre pretty nice. I really dont want to go custom as im honestly like....fuck paying a hundred or two hundred for shipping.

Yup, someone introduced me to the dude at a show once and before turning to the guy I said "that guy makes shitty cabs" really loud and then was introduced to him.
I'd go with Emperor, tbh. I've never had a problem and whenever I'd email them for a quote they'd say they'll take $xx amount off for being a repeat customer.
