They're partying hard tonight in hell, hey boys?

Favourite riffs:

Opening to Hell Awaits
Breakdown/All of Reign in Blood
Breakdown/All of Dead Skin Mask
All of War Ensemble
All of South of Heaven
Intro to Killing Fields

I always really dug that punk cover album too, Undisputed Attitude. My favourite Slayer tone was the live album, Decade of Aggression, the guitars sound so cool to me.

Frig Slayer was awesome, why Jeff why!

I like the riff after the solos in Criminally Insane.

It's weird he died.

I bought my first Slayer tape in 5th grade, Reign in Blood. That tape scared the shit out of me and I loved it, the dark imagery and thrash riffs. It definitely is one of those game changer albums in my life. Of course I kept listening to Slayer and I have seen them live, fucking brutal.
R.I.P Jeff

These sad, sad news call for a toast after another for a hero who passed away. Cheers Jeff!

Serious bummer. Hell I'm nearly 32 and have listened to them since I was a kid but still...it's fucking slayer man. Rest in power. It should've been Lars.
