I have spent the last month + waiting for a refund or materials from a

We are currently in a claim at paypal.
Effects is the first word in their title. If there is more than one let me know.
I
strongly recommend you avoid doing buisness with them now and in the future.

I have had good deals with
http://www.effectsconnection.com/ the one time I used them 2 years ago. I made my purchase through the ebay store. Paul Trombetta is very well known and has no reason to make this up so I trust he speaks the truth. one problem with this repost is that if OP gets them to resolve the deal amicably, we have no way of knowing. you should cross post this thread to that thread so he can correct the defamation if he needs to later. I think it is just as bad to have this repost still up if they pay him tomorrow. anyway, D.o.S. and PT thanks for the heads up.

Hi, and thank you.
I too have had good relations for years with them and maybe the smarter thing to do is let paypal go through their review, recieve my funds and shop elsewhere. I do a very small amount of my purchasing through them.
This has been a much different transaction and has been drawn out over 30 days.

I think the original owner sold the business to someone else. That's what I heard he was planning to do (maybe a year ago).
