I hate to shoot a hole in everyone's theories, but I just tried out my other cab.
Same sound, same frets, same everything.
Maybe some dirt somewhere or a bad connection?

Try another guitar? Could just be extra-resonant there.

Try moving the head away from the cab. Maybe those frequencys are rattling something in the head.
