If I had that much gear I would just trade in towards a really nice instrument for home.

Or just say fuck you and fuck everybody and BUY MORE

I'm not selling anything...
& I'm sure you'd have better luck getting one locally then shipping it from another country.

apartment living isn't conductive to playing music at home.

that's how I got here. the drummer is out of town so i've taken over some of his space for now... got to get this sorted before he gets back.

I mean, you could consider it as taking up space, or you could consider that you have plenty of backups. Nothing wrong with having a backup.

But, like, if you have to downsize...you gotta sell something. Can't just fold up a 4x12 and stash it under the bed. Though, you could totally put your bed on top of cabs. That's what I'm currently doing.

Sure, but there's only so much organizing one can do. Those stacks looks pretty organized to me.

If you have 3 stacks worth of stuff and only have room for 2, you either need a bigger place,

...or you need less stuff.

You could put your cabinets behind the drum set, not necessarily as monitors or anything, just there.
You could let your bandmates use your equipment and they could leave theirs at home.
You could put some of it in storage, either at your apartment, or in a storage unit.
You could rent out your equipment to another band and then it would be out of your space and still in use.

I would if i had the chance to come across one at a decent price

he's already against the wall

I already sold the 810 to the bassist, and other guitarist used to borrow one of my 412 cabs but decided to get his own. he started with a 2X12, now also has a 4X12, 6X10 & 2X10. still within his allotted space of 2 stacks, my disease is spreading.
You could rent out your equipment to another band and then it would be out of your space and still in use.

it wouldn't be worth the money & I like to keep my stuff nice and clean and others never treat my stuff with the same respect... which is why I have roadcases that bulk up my size... (yet people still lean their guitars against my grill or tolex

yeah. garage is looking like the plan. I've listed the V2 cab for sale on Cl just now...
