my Pork Loin is darker suddenly?

I wasn't sure if this was the right place to ask, please redirect me if it's not.

I've had a Way Huge Pork Loin for a while and it's great and all, but I plugged it in recently and it's been killing my treble noticeably when it's on. I've tried it alone in the chain, and with different cables (although I'm not sure why that would matter, since the tone is fine when it's off). Normally, as long as the tone knob (a low pass filter) is all the way clockwise, the treble is completely unchanged. What could be causing this? How can I fix it? Thank you very much.

Is the tone control still working? Maybe the pot got broken or something.

It's hard to tell, it seems to slightly work when it's all the way counter clockwise, but only a little bit. Is it possible that I could clean it with some electronics spray, or is it more likely to be totally busted somehow?

Kind of weird, pots don't usually just stop working, but it's not unheard of. I would think it's more likely a broken solder joint or a lifted pad/trace or maybe a loose ground connection. Weird stuff can happen when you've got a bad ground.
