Clean sine wave oscillators?

Looking for a super simple oscillation device. Just a simple sine, think theremin device. Filter would be cool, multi oscillator would be cool, wide range would be cool, and a knob for pitch would be a major must.

Voltage control? Want it in a pedal format (because we're really talking about a synth module, right)? Power supply, need to be 9V, or is anything fine?

Yeah, the Freqbox would be my first recommendation, although it doesn't do a true sine wave, it's a triangle wave. But it does sound pretty darned clean when you have sync off.
