Was trying to break up some tag board and it snapped in the wrong place leaving me with 5 tag and 7 tag boards. Gonna build a ge fuzzrite so I had a go at fitting it all on the 5 and I think I've done it....

UPDATE: I've read that biasing isn't much of an issue on these - just getting a low hfe (30-40) on Q2 and high (150+) on Q1 with some leakage. Seems to lend itself to being on tag. I'll use some sockets and try some leaky Japanese flowers I just got. Hoping this is gonna rip off my face like a berserk ostrich.

I lol'd. Dibs on "Berserk Ostrich" as a pedal name. Also I've got dibs on "Tone Destroyer". DIBS I SAY YOU, DIIIIIBBBBSSSS!
:!!!: posting.php?mode=quote&f=151&p=607724# Also, another good looking layout you got there. If I ever get into tag boarding, I know who to look up for some good layouts.

I love doing them! And I love using tag board for simple fuzz circuits - it makes those little components look so proud to be in there...

"I might have had a hard start in life; 20 years on a shelf in a Japanese factory, then both my legs amputated at the knee - but now look at me - retaining a small charge in a hand-picked team, working hard every day on the tone farm, chopping sinewaves for the greater good of music."
