My ss/bs Fuck turned out so great with "The Hailstorm" by Thomas Hart Benton I'm going to ask Brian to build a TAFM with more THB artwork. So this will be a Fuck companion (I just typed that sentence! )

Recognizing the "less busy works for better for vertical layout" concept, I'll go from least busy to busiest. What sayeth the Fuzz brethren?

Number one: The Hurricane, 1938



Number Two: The Sowers 1942, - for a poster commissioned by USA government, National Archives and Records Administration, Washington, DC. This is one of a series of eight paintings Benton made to "support the war effort." Here he portrayed the violence and barbarity of fascism, representing the enemy as a bulky, brutish monster tossing human skulls onto the ground.



Number 3: The Twist, 1964



Number 4: Lord Heal The Child, 1934



Number 5: Kansas City (from a mural, so heavy cropping required)

Yeah, I was thinking that complimented The Hailstorm Fuck pretty well too.... but I really dig "The Twist" too.

Hmm. 1 and 2 are tough to decide between for me. All potentially could be good though. I don't think you can go wrong whatever you choose.

Agreed - I'd almost want to crop all of the dancers out and focus on the couple in the corner holding the vinyl record....

New interest in #2 Fascist skull tosser....

ah man if you're cropping the art either of those options could be cool, the couple w/ the record or just the skullz...

Number one! I think the simple stuff is better for pedals and it fits well with the Fuck art. That said, #2 is pretty sweet as well.

I like the hurricane and I also like your second choice, too. But the hurricane does compliment your fuck very well.

I'd go with #5.
