They've reformed the original lineup (even after Brad Laner said they wouldn't), new album out soon - this is the first single.

I like it but have to admit some disappointment, still. They do a really good job at the west coast high-psychedelic pop Goffin-King sort of writing, but I don't hear any of the anthems or stun-gun fuzz-pop blasts of the first two albums. Oh, and Brad has certainly moved beyond the industrial-ish fuzz of the early albums. Sounds kind of like he used that MBV Wire cover as a jumping off point with lots of filtery sounds.blahquaker wrote:I really really like the new album.
