I recently received one of these devices (which is a clone/derivative of the T Rex Fuel Plant Junior) and the accompanying set of cables, however, all the instructions are in German and my knowledge of German is rudimentary at best. I also don't know much about electronics, so please excuse my ignorance. There's a yellow 'y cable' which I believe makes it possible for the Power Plant Junior to satisfy more power hungry pedals, can I use it the other way around to power two pedals? And does it matter which end of the standard cables connects to the power supply?

Which end you connect where doesn't matter.

As for the y-cable, there's two kinds. The first doubles the mA, so if you connect to two 100mA outputs on the supply you get 200mA for one pedal, this can work the other way around giving two pedals 50mA each off one 100mA slot. The other kind doubles the voltage, where two 9V outputs give you one 18V output (mA stays the same in that case).

Cool, that's what I hoped as the one end has a right angled connection, which makes it easier for me to wire up my congested pedalboard.

The Power Plant Junior just came with a cable for combining the mA, I don't think I really need to use it at this stage but that information is useful as I would be more likely to use it to power two pedals.
