What would ILF do to this Parker fly?

So I just got this factory-aborted Parker fly for cheep (well for a Parker anyway) and I'm completely undecided on what to do with it, other than reattach the headstock obviously. Definitely want to do something un-parkerish. No routes yet other than the control cavity so it's a blank slate. Finish? Pickups? Bridge? Tremolo? WWILFD????

IDK?
Do you find those guitars comfortable to play?
If so, I'd put P-90s in it. Finish looks good just like that. Clear coat. Bigsby. Done.

Yep, that's exactly what I'd do. Cream covers would make the finish look extra great as well and be a nice compliment.

Yeah, I was thinking cream pickup covers as well.
ILF aesthetic at work.

Wow that's actually pretty close to what I was thinking. I was thinking about painting the back cream and using cream mustang style knobs. Any idea what model of bigsby would work? The top is kinda asymmetrically arched.

Sounds like a plan.
I have no idea which model Bigsby to use. Maybe contact Bigsby? It may take a little sanding to get the Bigsby to work on there.
(Nice Kustom cab in the background.)

Filtertron neck pickup, tele bridge. 1 tone 1 volume, phase switch, toggle pickup selector, on board dirt with amp style jewel indicator light. Stereo outs.
Do it.
Not enough space for a bigsby, it would dominate too much real estate on that body.....IMHO.....but a bigsby is never a bad thing.

thanks! i actually have 2, i'll post a pic in the show your amp thread.
But yeah, after more research, it looks like any trem outside of the Parker one would be pretty much impossible, due to the thin body and weird contour. Tele bridge might be too flat too. Anyway, fixing the headstock is first priority, will post updates as I work on it.

The parker trem is pretty alright as is

a lot of helpful possibilities, easy adjustment...

True, but I don't think parts are available. Seller gman.music on eBay has the bridge itself and some assorted parts, but I don't think it's enough to build a working tremolo. It doesn't help that I really have no idea how it operates... Anyone have a Parker they could post gut pics of?

I owned that exact SG and I hate myself for selling it. It played and looked perfect. GAHHH.

Yeah, that SG is nice, but I'm more interested in what's going on with the Parker.
Any updates, trace?
