So, i've ended my search for a perfect (in my eyes) drive pedal. (The mastortion is glorious)

Now onto delay.

I had a DL4 but it was juts...eh to me. So i tried to downsize to a Malekko Eko 616 which i kinda like.

But then Earthquaker decided to try and make me spend money by releasing the Disaster Transporter Sr. Which has the sounds i'm looking for e.g. 'stacked' delays with a nice modulation on top. The reverb helps too.

However would i be better both price and sound wise to just buy a Malekko LoFi and pair it with the regular i have? I have a feeling it would get the same type of sound. OR should i just jump for the Transport Sr????

DT sr!!! The delay sound of the DT is just glorious, so two stacked is probably the best thing to ever be done with delay.

I just watched Kayzer's demo of it. Hot damn that pedals great.

Bite the bullet and definitely get the Sr like I did.. You'll have 2 different tones/presets in one pedal, guaranteed to satisfy your echo lusts

If the DTsr had one analog delay and one digital and the verb I think there's no way I wouldn't buy it. It's still amazingly hot

you'd absolutely NOT get the same sounds
as a person who used to own a DT, Malekko is weakesauce... i even compared them side to side... DT is probably my favourite analog-type delay of all the time

so yeah, jump the Sr it's the best thing you can do

Just dropped the money on the Sr, can't wait for it to arrive! (cheers to prymaxe for 12% off haha)

Just arrived today! Sounds so awesome, i have the b side set with everything at 12 and the reverb full up and even then it sounds awesome! I'll try to put a video up later...
