clean blend knob question

Just out of curiosity, how hard would it be to put a clean blend knob into a hyperion (or any other fuzz pedal for that matter)? How would one do this?
+1 for clean blend in general!
I've spoken to my local pedal guy about this, and he says that a straight clean blend is pretty simple, but I have no idea from an actual soldering & wiring point of view myself...
