Looking for a new delay pedal!

Hey dudes! There's a TON of options in the delay world, I'm looking for a new delay because mine doesn't do everything I want it too. I have a TC Nova Delay right now, I actually think it sounds awesome, but it doesn't get weird when you move around the delay time knob, and while it can be powered with 9V, I think it does a little better with the 12v. I also don't really use the presets or different delay modes.
So here's what I'm looking for
-Modulation (need to at least be able to dial it out if I don't want it)
-Tap Tempo on the box (no outs for it)
-Good sound (not really looking for "dark" or "bright" I like both really)
-9V power (tired of adapters and big plugs)
-Not in a huge box
-Ability to get weird by doing some knob tweaking
-Looking cool is a bonus
-Extra features are cool too
From doing a quick search these pedals interest me, Way Huge Supa Puss, Diamond Memory Lane Jr, and the Empress Tape Delay
What do you guys think?

I was quite an identical situation to you a couple of weeks ago
I talked to mark at Make Sounds Loudly Pedals (find them on Facebook)
And he has made me a digital delay with modulation (2 kinds, one is from like a light sensor), tempo tempo (with subdivisions) a tone knob and foot switchable oscillation
I don't know how it is yet because it hasn't arrived in the post
But yeah, I got sick of delays that did almost all the things I wanted, so I just went custom! Only cost me $200 shipped to Australia too, pretty sweet

really
a) awesome modulation, TOUCH SENSITIVE
b) tap tempo
c) Dark OR Bright

the Tone is one of my favourite features
d) amazing oscillation
e) 9V power
f) pretty reasonable footprint
and with prymaxe's deals, you can get it under 200 if i'm not mistaken

Sunny day delay or quantum leap maybe? Both expensive though so that ibanez seems sweet. Ill probably pick one up eventually.

Is the Deluxe Memory Boy 9v powered? If so I'd suggest that one. Normal delay with tap tempo... but can also get hella weird, especially with the hidden easter egg feature.

Damn, shame Tap Tempo's a necessity because the Disaster Transport fits all your other criteria and is absolutely fantastic.
