Gimme some speed drills and sites!!!!

I'm looking to play some more technical and faster stuff, and I need some tips on how to do these things better. I just noticed in a video that someone was anchoring their pinky to the body of the guitar while picking fast leads, and now that I'm sure to do that, my accuracy is already better. I'm looking for stuff like that. Anyone got some good sites, videos, general advice, etc? Merci beaucoup!
