Thin/Wide Neck Guitars

So I recently got an Ibanez Talman and have decided whatever electric I get NEEDS to have a similar neck to it, but am having a hard time finding guitar manufacturers that dont make every guitar with the thick and fat Fender radius necks. I know Washburn and Ibanez use the flat and thin necks, but Im looking for more guitars with them. Anyone know other guitars?

ALUMINUM NECKS ARE THIN. But I guess that's to be expected from me.
PEAVEY necks are thin too, have great action. T60's aren't very expensive and rule

EXCELLENT! I literally have both of those saved in my Watchlist. Badass news, I was afraid Yamahas had those thick necks.

Are there any non-expensive (in the 300 to 600 range) aluminum guitars?

You can keep a close eye on Kramer DMZ's and 350/450gs. They can be had with a careful eye on the higher end of that price range. The Kramer necks are a little on the thick side compared to Electrical Guitar Company and Obstructures though

Yeah I need the thin necks. My Ibanez has a perfect neck for my playing and so do the Yamahas I have played recently.

I feel you. I've been on the hunt myself for a 24" neck with the same thin profile to it for my Jaguar. After playing my Obstructures for a few months, going back to that neck feels like I've stacked two guitar necks on top of each other

Exactly, I played some Fenders at the music store here and honestly hated them. Those necks are too thick for my taste. I just wish i knew exactly what radius my Talman's neck is.

I'm in the same boat here man, my main guitar is an RGA with a wizard neck and although I like the sound of other guitars I have not had much luck finding anything that has a neck quite like it.
I'll go the EGC route when I have the money to spare because that is a similar profile but in terms of affordable guitars there doesn't seem to be that much outside the ibanez realm
I bought a peavey patriot as a backup and the neck is closer than a fender profile but still not quite there, would be interesting to see if anyone has found a solution to this (yamaha SGV's are pretty much impossible to find in Australia..)

I'll second the Peavey necks. The Patriot I have plays like a dream, and the T-60 I used to have did too. What about Gibson SG's with the 60's slim taper? Those are super comfy too I'd say.

Another vote for Peavey T-60. I love mine and it will go from SG to Tele by turning the tone knob.

Yeah, that built in coil tap on those is pretty genius.

Dunno about all of their guitars, but my Schecter Corsair's neck is pretty thin and feels absolutely amazing. Maybe check out some of their stuff.
