I did like the Slip. I wasn't really a fan either until my girlfriend played an album in her car for me. A distinctive song "I want to fuck you like an animal". That song leads to places....

The 'Broken' EP is what sold me on NIN.
It's a low risk place to start. Not too long. Songs don't require tons of listens to digest. But it rocks hard.

'Downward Spiral' is the masterpiece to me.

i'm in the minority because my favorite nin record is with_teeth. it's an intensely personal album, much like his other records, but in a much more specific way that i think lots of people probably can't relate to. having been one who fought and recovered from a life threatening addiction, that album comes straight to the core of a lot of the things that i went through.

With Teeth is very high on my list too. I listen to it and The Slip the most.
But I love NIN. They make me go
, so my doctor says I shouldn't listen to them. But I said "FUCK YOU!" then I kicked him in the shin. HOW'S THAT FOR A REFLEX, BITCH?!?!?!?!??!?
