as i search for interesting gear, i'm finding that some devices appear to connect only via MIDI while others operate on control voltage only. is it possible to clock MIDI and control CV at once, perhaps via some kind of converter/splitter box? i've already got some MIDI gear (keyboard, key controller, drum machine, rackmount effects) but would really like to be able to run CV devices like the KOMA filter and sync them with the drum machine, etc. i'm utterly ignorant about this, so feel free to be hella elementary. thanks!

if you're looking to sync w/ drum machines there are sequencers that use both too, future retro mobius & orb for example.
