You could very easily turn it into an 'always on' type deal by directly connecting the red wire from the 3DPT to the blue wire on the feedback pot.

what would connecting the red wire to the feedback pot change?

The SPDT is a feedback on/off toggle. So you could essentially have a true bypass looper with the toggle set to off, or the feedback on when the toggle is engaged. If you were to solder together the wires that that switch contains it would make it so feedback would be on the whole time while the pedal was engaged!

This whole true bypass looper thing is new to me - i just want to create feedback so Im gonna order some components

You could also just build my ghetto ass Feedback looper... If you don't need all that bypass looper stuff and just want your pedals to be either in a chain or in a chain and feedbacked.

All i really want is to make a bunch of pedals feedback for some noisy fun. I have this DOD flanger/chorus that i messed around with the trimpots and even when it is off it mangles the signal into this delayed flanged thing and, i guess it wouldn't hurt to bypass that. I'd still rather just get noisy.

exactly, especially if the delay pedal in question already has true bypass. you can make that a momentary or latching footswitch depending on what you want. chorus and flange gets a rocket ship sound or it just oscillates and screams. try it with at least one delay.

That is primitive but really cool. I'm going to try it with multiple delays!

I prefer the "ghetto ass" version not just because you don't need the bypass part of it, but also because it doesn't need power. The only purpose of that power jack in the first circuit is so you can plug into a power source that will light up an LED when the pedal is on. Why waste the money on the jack and having to drill another hole in the enclosure only to tie yourself into needing a cord and being near a power supply? It's a feedback looper. You will definitely know when it is on. Especially if you use a momentary switch because your foot will be on it.

I bought an utter stutter. Whoopsadoodle. I still want to build this ghetto one though!
